About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expansion. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through lead generation, account management, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns via cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead conversion strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly business development reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within the software service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
