Hotel Sales and Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Mumbai market
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Managing sales activities and building client relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Aquiring new clients and servicing existing ones through field visits
- Generating hotel sales through the B2B market
- Training clients on using the RezLive hotel booking system
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years' experience in travel trade
- Sales management, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the travel industry and market trends
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
