Job Description:

Livspace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partner Network Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers in designated zones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in working with channel partners is required.

Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum (estimated)

About the Role:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH REAL ESTATE BROKERS IN DESIGNATED ZONES
  • ACQUIRE NEW CHANNEL PARTNERS AND EXPAND EXISTING NETWORK
  • ENSURE CONTINUOUS FLOW OF CUSTOMER DATABASE AND LEADS THROUGH CHANNEL PARTNERS
  • COORDINATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE CHANNEL PARTNER SATISFACTION

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM GRADUATION OR SIMILAR QUALIFICATION
  • 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH REAL ESTATE CHANNEL PARTNERS
  • GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND THEIR BUSINESS
  • EXCELLENT SALES SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO CONNECT WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS AND END CUSTOMERS
  • VALID TWO-WHEELER LICENSE
  • CONVERSANT IN ENGLISH AND HINDI OR REGIONAL LANGUAGE
