Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage relationships with channel partners and brokers to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA with 1-5 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good team working skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and brokers. This will involve:

  1. Identifying new business opportunities and converting them into sales
  2. Maintaining accurate records of leads and their status
  3. Achieving set targets and exceeding them where possible
