Strategic Partner Development Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Channel Partner to join our team at Livspace. As a key member of our channel sales organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokers across designated zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new channel partners and expand existing relationships to drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess partner capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Foster trust and loyalty among channel partners through timely responses to inquiries, prompt resolution of issues, and proactive support.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate product launches, promotions, and other initiatives that enhance the partner experience.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to optimize sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive innovative solutions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related field within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding partner networks, and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, adjust sales strategies, and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and analyze results.
Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
