Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management: Support managers and employees in setting performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices and policies comply with local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Provide support to compensation and benefits teams, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans, communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Health and Safety: Collaborate with the plant's health and safety team to ensure a safe working environment, participating in audits and supporting safety training initiatives.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Proven track record of driving employee engagement and retention.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
