We are seeking a skilled HR Associate to join our team at ONN Bikes, a pioneering company that aims to simplify mobility through its innovative online platform.

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. You will also collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and recommend actionable insights.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and orientation sessions.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies to align with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Educate employees about policies and ensure adherence to company standards.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for employees.
  • Maintain training records and ensure timely completion of mandated courses.

You will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
