Job Description

The Role: As the Lead HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of Fulcrum. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, department heads, and managers to provide expert guidance, support, and solutions.

You will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Management and Workforce Planning
  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Partner with managers to identify workforce needs, create workforce plans, and develop strategies to address skills gaps.
  3. Drive talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Employee Relations and Engagement
  1. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  2. Proactively address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Organizational Development
  1. Partner with leaders to identify organizational development needs and design interventions that support the achievement of business objectives.
  2. Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
  3. Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an environment of respect, belonging, and continuous learning.
HR Operations and Compliance
  1. Oversee HR operations, including employee data management, HRIS administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
  3. Stay updated on emerging HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
