Job Description

At ideaHelix, we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth and build lasting client relationships in the field of IT sales. As a BDM/Account Manager (IT Sales), you will be responsible for engaging with prospective B2B customers, identifying and qualifying leads, and executing lead discovery and nurturing campaigns.

About the Role

  • You will have 5+ years of experience in Staffing IT Inside Sales/BDM/Account Management
  • Engage with prospective B2B customers to identify and qualify leads
  • Execute lead discovery and nurturing campaigns
  • Warm up leads through consistent follow-ups for marketing and sales teams
  • Understand customer campaigns and effectively communicate their brand identity
  • Perform pre-sales tasks, including opt-ins, content syndication, and lead qualification
  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability in lead conversion, cold calling, and appointment setting with C-level executives
  • Show self-motivation with high energy and multitasking ability
