Strategic IT Sales Business Development Manager

Job Description
At ideaHelix, we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth and build lasting client relationships in the field of IT sales. As a BDM/Account Manager (IT Sales), you will be responsible for engaging with prospective B2B customers, identifying and qualifying leads, and executing lead discovery and nurturing campaigns.
About the Role
- You will have 5+ years of experience in Staffing IT Inside Sales/BDM/Account Management
- Engage with prospective B2B customers to identify and qualify leads
- Execute lead discovery and nurturing campaigns
- Warm up leads through consistent follow-ups for marketing and sales teams
- Understand customer campaigns and effectively communicate their brand identity
- Perform pre-sales tasks, including opt-ins, content syndication, and lead qualification
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability in lead conversion, cold calling, and appointment setting with C-level executives
- Show self-motivation with high energy and multitasking ability
