Job Description
As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Digital Nest, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account development. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategizing and executing recruitment plans to achieve targeted outcomes
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, trainers, administrators, marketing, and admissions teams
Creating new placement partners and managing existing ones to secure placements and internships
Onboarding recruiters on job portal platforms and ensuring seamless recruitment processes
Providing career counseling sessions to students and conducting corporate engagement activities such as guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate sales role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
Track record of meeting recruitment targets
Strong negotiation and corporate engagement skills
Ability to plan and execute strategic activities
Experience in providing career counseling to students
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Extensive network in the corporate HR community
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes
Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills
