We are looking for a skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth through lead generation, sales pipeline management, and collaboration with technology partners.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 2-3 years of direct work experience in business development, sales, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, and experience with modern CRM platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing market trends and creating sales leads through research and identification of potential accounts
  • Managing the sales pipeline by developing and growing the sales funnel with qualified sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with technology partners to drive joint marketing activities and source leads
  • Creating SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the Digital Sales Team to qualify and close
  • Maintaining the CRM database with up-to-date information on leads, accounts, opportunities, and next steps

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
