Job Description:

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Semiconductor and Automotive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Semiconductor and Automotive industries, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads in the assigned market segments (Semiconductor, Automotive)
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Develop and implement territory plans to achieve sales targets
- Forecast sales pipeline and revenue
- Manage the sales cycle: build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understand technical requirements, propose solutions that meet customer needs, prepare compelling presentations and proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts to win deals, manage customer accounts, and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-6 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the Semiconductor, Automotive, or Metering industries
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
- Strong understanding of technical concepts relevant to the assigned market segments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Zoho/ERP)
