We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to drive sales closure and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales funnel to achieve higher conversion rates
  • Targeting 12-15 projects per month, with a focus on new bookings
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experience and relationship management
  • Training designers to enhance sales performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and growth
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C sales
