At Livspace, we are looking for a talented Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion in the territory, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with experience in managing complex operations structures and leading high-performing teams. A graduate degree in any stream and 1+ year of work experience in B2C sales are must-haves for this role.

The salary for this position is ₹15-20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the Livspace success strategy in the territory
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure growth and expansion in the territory
  • Enabling Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Defining scope, interior estimation, and initiating connections between customers and service partners
  • Visiting customer sites to help finalize scope and quotes
  • Meeting regularly with Livpreneurs to understand and solve their concerns

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any stream
  • 1+ year of work experience in B2C sales
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across India/regions of India
