Job Description
As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with e-commerce business owners worldwide. Your primary goal will be to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how our product can significantly improve their operations.
You will play a pivotal role in generating leads and building pipelines, focusing on prospecting from lead generation to pipeline development. To measure success, your performance will be evaluated solely on Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), rather than pipeline growth. This approach ensures that your efforts are concentrated on creating tangible results.
In this capacity, you will craft compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages that effectively cut through the noise. These communication tools are essential in establishing a connection with potential customers and showcasing the value of our product.
As a trusted advisor, you will engage with prospects over the phone, highlighting the ways in which our solution can address their specific pain points. By fostering genuine conversations and delivering personalized insights, you will establish yourself as a valuable resource for these individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound sales, specifically targeting SMB SaaS startups.
- A proven track record of generating SQLs and building pipelines for Account Executives or closing deals.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging cold emails and develop persuasive pitches.
- A passion for building relationships and a genuine interest in engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
