Job Title: Sales Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in Automotive sales to join Sibros. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify, qualify, and manage sales leads, ensuring a robust and healthy sales revenue pipeline.
- Develop and execute sales and business plans to achieve annual objectives, providing accurate and timely reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment or with a focus on selling to Automotive OEMs.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
