About the Role:

Sibros is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve annual objectives, identifying and qualifying potential customers, and working closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual objectives, providing accurate and timely reports and forecasts to the leadership team
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, actively penetrate targeted prospects to expand the customer base
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other sales teams to align on strategies, maximize profitability, and ensure product-market fit
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports to track progress, and present insights to internal stakeholders for strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment or with a focus on selling to Automotive OEMs
  • Deep relationship with Procurement and Engineering leadership teams at Automotive OEMs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
