The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Account Manager for Lead Generation who can drive new client acquisition and lead our team to achieve sales targets. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our lead-generation efforts.

Job Description- New Client Acquisition: Spearhead new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and other email scraping tools.
- Email Performance Management: Innovate and implement effective cold email strategies to maintain inbox deliveries, high open rates, and low bounce rates.
- HubSpot Management: Oversee the management and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless operation and integration with sales processes.
- Lead Quality Assurance: Lead a team of lead collection executives, ensuring the highest quality of leads and maintaining data integrity.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, covering revenue targets, team performance, lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other critical KPIs to your manager.
- Developing a Sales Strategy: Using data analysis and trend identification to create a strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Managing Lead Gen. Representatives: Coaching, training, and evaluating the performance of lead generation representatives.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of experience in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred), Sales Navigator, email scraping tools, and MS Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and experience in creative & design services.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions with a problem-solving approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year
