Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Lead to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth at TopSource Worldwide.
This critical role involves designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging various digital and offline channels to attract and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and experience in managing paid advertisement campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Strong background in digital marketing, including SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta to optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (postgraduate degree preferred).
