Job Title: Business Development Representative - Lead Generator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at WPoets. This role involves generating leads, prospecting, and scheduling meetings with potential clients for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial contact with prospects via email or phone call to schedule meetings.
  • Prospecting, contacting, and following up on leads to book meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Effective communication of our products/services' value proposition to prospects.
  • Handling objections and providing appropriate responses to potential clients.
  • Managing and updating CRM by collecting quantitative and qualitative data from outbound campaigns.
  • Providing weekly and monthly lead generation activity reports to management.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to effectively position our products/services.
  • Closely working with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
  • Able to multitask, self-motivated, and quick learner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
