At Spruce Up, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to lead our key account management efforts.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and business development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the industrial machinery industry. They will possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential key accounts and develop strategies to engage them.
  • Presenting our products and services to key accounts, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management (Minimum 5 years).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
