About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Development Manager to join our team. As a Key Accounts Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic account management and business development activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
