Key Account Development Manager

This is a challenging role for a Senior Manager(L5) to develop and grow key accounts in the service network, driving high customer satisfaction and after-sales revenue within company policies and code of conduct.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Drive service and spare parts revenue growth in the service network.
- Manage 7 to 8 workshops (dealerships & TASS) in a state and 15 to 20 key accounts, including State Transport Undertaking.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- At least 3-7 years of experience in a technical and/or customer servicing role, preferably in automobile, two-wheeler, commercial & passenger ancillaries, heavy engineering, or other sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
- Developing Self and Others: Recognize the importance of continuous development and take steps to improve self and others.
- Driving Execution: Translate strategy into action and execute it effectively.
- Leading by Example: Encourage and follow ethical standards.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 depending on location and experience.
