We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at 韵升控股集团有限公司. This role is responsible for driving business growth in the Asia region, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering sales targets.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share;
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and closing deals through negotiation and agreement;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sales targets and provide exceptional customer service;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized institution;
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment;
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and deal-closing skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
