Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Magicbricks. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in their defined region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate and achieve annual sales plans by referring to budgets, coverage, and volume to increase net additions and acquisition.
- Appoint and assign team members in the territory, monitor overall zone performance, and ensure product-wise business targets are achieved.
- Develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to minimize churn.
- Motivate and manage team performance in a competitive market.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring complaints and wrong commitments from the team.
- Review product development in the market and coordinate with all team members.
- Promote timely sales and payment recovery from clients.
- Capture detailed reports, maintain databases, and facilitate daily and weekly meetings.
- Manage customer relationships effectively.
Requirements:
- A minimum of relevant experience in retail or corporate sales, with fluency in communication.
- Proven team handling experience is essential.
- A graduate or MBA degree from a reputable institution is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should possess high energy levels, drive, and the potential to convert sales and achieve targets.
- Excellent follow-up skills are required.
