About the Role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Client Partnership Lead to join our team. As a Client Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.

You will work closely with our sales and product teams to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. This is a high-stakes, client-facing role that entails revenue growth and managing high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high portfolio of corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact and driving product adoption and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and upsell, working closely with our sales team
  • Collaborate with our product team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on client feedback
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Educate clients on platform functionality and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a top institute
  • 4-7 years of experience in a client-facing role in Travel/Hotel Industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience working with technology platforms and tools

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
