About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Partnership Manager. As a key member of our Client Success & Operations department, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and driving growth for our healthcare clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through seamless product implementation and ongoing support
  • Work closely with clients to identify new use cases for our AI-powered products and drive adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Al scientists and engineering teams, to resolve technical challenges and meet client needs
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps by gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders
  • Improve internal processes and systems to enhance product delivery and project execution

Requirements:

  • Strong people management skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills, empathy towards clients, and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, preferably in client-facing roles
  • 1-3 years of work experience, with a focus on client relationships and growth
