Job Overview
This role involves working with clients throughout their journey with Qure.ai to deliver a seamless product experience.
You will be responsible for maximizing and assessing the impact of AI in client environments and growing partnerships by exploring new use cases for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients from project delivery to post-deployment engagement and feedback.
- Drive growth for key accounts by supporting renewals and upsells.
- Collaborate with Qure's AI scientists and engineering teams to support client needs and solve technical challenges.
- Work with product teams to provide product feedback and inform the product roadmap.
- Improve internal processes and systems to enhance product delivery and project execution.
- Collaborate with on-ground teams, program teams, and administrative teams to facilitate the deployment of Qure software.
- Occasional travel may be required for this role.
Requirements
- Strong people management skills and analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- A self-starter with problem-solving skills and empathy towards clients.
- Excellent communication skills with a comfort level interacting with all levels of organizations.
- A plus if you have knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry.
