Job Overview:
We seek a highly motivated Client Partnerships Specialist to join our team and work hand in hand with client projects, managing our fast-growing client base. The ideal candidate will be organized, meticulous, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess natural leadership skills.
The core responsibility of this role is to work with clients throughout the entire journey with Qure.ai to deliver a seamless product experience for all key stakeholders, maximize and assess the impact of AI in their environment, and grow these partnerships by exploring new use cases of Qure's products.
You will be responsible for managing clients from project delivery, post-deployment engagement, and feedback, driving growth for key accounts by supporting renewals and upsells. Additionally, you will collaborate with Qure's AI scientists and engineering teams to support client needs and solve technical challenges.
This role also involves working with product teams for product feedback and paving product roadmaps, improving internal processes and systems to enhance product delivery and project executions. You will engage with various stakeholders in the client organization to produce marketing and research outcomes.
Effective communication skills and a comfort level interacting with all strata of organizations are essential. Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry are a plus.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of work experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong people management skills, analytical skills, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter and quick learner with problem-solving skills and empathy towards clients
