Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NPCI Partnerships Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with ASP/TSPs who are currently and potentially working with NPCI on its products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. They will also be responsible for curating, modifying, and improving the value proposition of NPCI Partner program for the partners and stakeholders as per market feedback and need.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-13 years of experience in partnerships development or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
