**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop client proposals, manage key accounts, and develop communication strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
**Requirements:**
- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in business development and account management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of CSR and sustainability practices.
- Able to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with NGOs and non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively with a team.
**Salary Estimate:** The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
