As a Global Partnership Lead at Inspira Enterprise in Mumbai, you'll be responsible for leading strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth globally.

About the Role

This senior-level position involves managing revenue targets, fostering collaborations across geographies, and negotiating partnership deals that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new partners and drive key partnerships globally.
  • Own revenue numbers and build relationships across geographies.
  • Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Track rebate programs and plan events/round tables using OEM MDFs.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop joint business plans and execute with stakeholders through business cadences.
  • Measure ROI from partnerships using developed metrics.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role with a strong track record in building strategic partnerships.
  • Experience with OEMs in Cybersecurity, AI, and Analytics is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing global alliances and building high-impact partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a goal-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to cater to any time zone.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25-35 lakhs per annum based on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
