As Enterprise Sales Manager, your primary goal will be identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise-level clients who may benefit from the products or services offered by the company. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises and creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of the products or services.

This may involve showcasing how the offering can meet the enterprise's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts, along with preparing plans for maximizing revenue and ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment.

Key roles and responsibilities include developing relationships and nurturing strategic tie-ups with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies, and large numbers of F&B brands, leading to faster conversion. We seek highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals, structured thinkers, and quick problem solvers who gravitate toward a process-driven approach to building commercial partnerships with various sectors.

A target-oriented approach realizes the company's revenue goals. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates from Tier-1 Colleges and/or from B2B/B2C food and technology sector will be preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/Restaurants is a must
  • Complete understanding of commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements, operational model
  • 2+ years of Sales experience
