Job Overview
  • Maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects through Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
  • Owning the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to contract signature
  • Reach out to prospective customers and create new Spend management opportunities to generate pipeline via outbound
  • Achieve and overachieve quota consistently on a monthly basis
  • Become an expert across our Finance Cloud platform and understand the competitor landscape
  • Effectively articulate Rippling's Spend Management value proposition using appropriate sales qualification standards
  • Work closely with customers to ensure a smooth transition onto the Rippling platform
Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; closing a large volume of deals every month requires comfort with volume and pace
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying a $360K+ annual quota
  • Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Location

This role requires working EST/EDT hours (5:30pm to 2:30am IST) and involves a hybrid setup, with three days of work at our Bangalore office.
