Job Overview

MediBuddy is India's largest digital healthcare platform, providing users with 24x7 access to high-quality healthcare services. As a Corporate Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and corporate sales for Health & Wellness products in assigned territories.

About the Role

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to increase awareness and utilization of MediBuddy's service offerings.
  • Sales Operations: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly corporate account closure & Revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies to ensure market edge.
  • Responsible for increasing awareness and utilization amongst existing clientele about the service offerings through onsite campaigns, e-based marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Relationship management & identification of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with corporate and life & health insurance companies.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling services/products in the healthcare domain preferred.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish relationships with CXO-level executives in corporates.
