About Colive Suites

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Colive Suites. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships with corporate clients and offering exceptional corporate housing solutions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand our market share within the corporate housing sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through a multi-channel approach, including networking, industry events, and referral programs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate clients, such as HR managers, procurement officers, and travel managers.
  • Actively listen to client needs and provide customized corporate housing solutions that perfectly align with their accommodation requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing client inquiries and ensuring exceptional service throughout the entire client lifecycle.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to our company's revenue goals.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals, effectively negotiate terms and contracts, and close deals with confidence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments to sales approaches.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with corporate clients.
  • Maintain seamless communication with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and exceptional service delivery for new corporate clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to align sales strategies with the company's overall business objectives.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to gain valuable insights and continuously optimize sales strategies for maximizing results.
  • Generate regular reports for senior management, summarizing sales performance, market trends, and key client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, adept at securing win-win outcomes for both Colive Suites and corporate clients.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate housing market and current trends within the real estate or hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to achieving results.
