About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Counter Sales Representative, driving business growth through lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage multiple leads from various sources, including inbound calls and emails.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet weekly/monthly targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably within the consumer durables industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work quality.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
