About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Student Housing Sales Associate to join our remote team. This role requires a passion for sales, customer success, and making a difference in the lives of students.
Your efforts will directly impact the study-abroad journey of students by making it smoother and stress-free. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into customers, understanding unique student requirements, and providing expert recommendations on student housing options.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert them into customers.
- Customer Interaction: Understand the unique requirements of each student and offer tailored accommodation options.
- Market Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of student housing options, locations, and pricing to provide expert recommendations.
- Follow-Up: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups to ensure closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and supply teams to streamline the booking process and enhance customer experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Good call closing techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM or other similar software.

- A competitive salary package with a performance-driven variable component (approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum).
