Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Haryana.

About the Role

This is a key sales position responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities with schools in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and possess a deep understanding of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach and engage with school management teams to present our proposition.
  • Coordinate and manage demonstrations to showcase our services.
  • Oversee all documentation work until contract completion.
  • Monitor and report on daily school status.
  • Provide pre- and post-visit updates to line managers.
  • Collect and maintain accurate school data.
  • Foster strong after-sales relationships with customers.
  • Compile comprehensive school profiles.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong educational background and understanding of the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is ₹6.5 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location.
