- DRIVING SALES EFFICIENCY BY COORDINATING COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK FOR THE M&S TEAMS IN THE HUB

- IDENTIFYING WHITE SPACE AND DEFINING PLAN WITH GPMM TO ELIMINATE THE WHITE SPACE
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH MINISTRY OF POWER (MOP)/CENTRAL ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY OFFICIALS
- ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN FINALIZATION OF VARIOUS GUIDELINES/REGULATIONS ISSUED BY MOP/VARIOUS GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS
- UPDATING CUSTOMERS ABOUT KEY MARKET TRENDS
- OVERSEEING THE MARKET INTELLIGENCE PROCESS
- DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANS
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS MARKETING, ENGINEERING, OR A RELATED FIELD
- 8-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN B2B MARKETING, WORKING AS PRODUCT MARKETING, MARKETING, OR CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT RELATED ROLE
- SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF HIGH VOLTAGE PRODUCTS AND THE ENERGY MARKET
- ANALYTICAL SKILLS WITH SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL AND SFDC
- COLLABORATIVE, SOLUTIONS-ORIENTED APPROACH WITH STRONG COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER-RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING SKILLS
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000, based on industry standards and market trends in the region.
