Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive international business growth by expanding our market presence in key global regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies, establishing and strengthening partnerships, and managing pricing strategies to ensure profitability.

This role demands exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage large-scale projects and meet assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets in designated regions.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Lead efforts to establish and strengthen partnerships in key global regions.
    • Identify and develop a robust network of distributors, agents, and channel partners.
    • Leverage market insights to expand our industrial machinery product portfolio in international markets.
  • Sales Performance Management:
    • Drive export sales volume and meet assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
    • Manage pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and order execution to ensure profitability.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 10-22 years of experience in B2B export sales within the mechanical/industrial machinery sector.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, trade practices, and export processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage global clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in export documentation, trade compliance, and logistics coordination.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage large-scale projects.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to international markets.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field preferred).
  • MBA or PG in International Business/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
