About the Job:
A Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key automotive accounts, particularly in the machinery and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients, including OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling machinery and testing solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective account management.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, agreements, and contracts to close sales successfully.
  • Understand clients' manufacturing processes and challenges to offer tailored testing solutions.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes in the automotive sector.
  • Proven experience in managing and expanding key accounts, particularly OEMs and suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.

Estimated Salary: ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
