Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Medical Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with customers.

Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and their applications.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for volume, growth, and productivity.
  • Sales and Marketing Activities: Implement all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/RSM/PMT, ensuring complete compliance with distribution processes and adequate inventory levels.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors, ensuring daily calls as per management norms.
  • Field Work: Organize joint field work with seniors, reviewing overall progress and coordinating round table meetings and CRM activities.
  • Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports through CBO ERP and provide feedback on customer calls through the reporting process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong selling skills, communication, medical sales, and field sales experience.
  • A deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
