About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in West India. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving targeted revenue growth for Eurofins GSC Poland Sp. z o. o.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to current and prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making.
  • Provide regular sales reports to our National Sales Head – India/General Manager-Operations, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, buying agency/Retail/Insurance/industry.
  • Demonstrable record of success in sales, product or service marketing, and sales management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.
