Operations and Customer Experience

**Location: Bangalore**
This role will manage the strategy and execution for all Customer experience touchpoints across logistics, customer support, Fraud and Complaints and any other operational processes run in the company to ensure high quality experience for our users. This person will directly report to the founders. This role is required to combine creative thinking, command of analytical methods, high attention to detail and building strong processes to run end to end operations.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations & Customer Experience in eCommerce as mid management leader (Strategy and Execution)
- Has worked directly on building scalable solutions via product and tech
- Good at breaking down problems and getting to answers with trial/experiments
- Strong with data and analytics - Data driven decision making with a balance of qualitative research
- Strong stakeholder management skills and team handling experience
- Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams
- Experience handling multiple challenging priorities and driving projects to timely completion
