**Job Title**: Associate - Customer Success

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly empathetic with a genuine desire to help individuals grow.
- Active listening skills, patience, and curiosity about how things work.
- Ability to coordinate and manage live sessions.
- Proficiency in handling data and reports using tools like MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of programming.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling/customer support.
- Ability to test new processes and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, disciplined, organized, and resilient.
- Eager to learn and open to feedback.
- Ability to manage work in an organized manner and provide progress reports.
- Strong execution rigor and attention to detail.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and facilitate live sessions.
- Handle live sessions effectively.
- Gather and analyze session reports.
- Provide exceptional customer support.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and help them succeed.
- Test and implement new processes to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to improve existing processes.
- Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports.
- Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
