Customer Experience Associate

Greet customers warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and actively listen to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay current with the available products and provide precise responses to inquiries regarding features, pricing, and product availability.
- Collaborate extensively with inter-departmental teams to address customer requirements and successfully navigate complex problems.
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their emotions to provide empathetic support.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find effective solutions.
- Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, digital tools, and online platforms.
- Monitor and assess customer feedback and reviews, offering recommendations for enhancing
- Customer Satisfaction levels.
- Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone and being informative.
- Handover the Restaurant Survey tracking form and get feedback from the guest.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
