The HR Compliance with all relevant lawsregulations and internal policies related to human resources. Thisposition involves developing implementing and monitoring HRcompliance programs and initiatives to mitigate legal andregulatory risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Compliance Policies andProcedures
  • Create and maintain HR compliancepolicies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant lawsregulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate policies and procedures to employees andensure understanding and compliance.
  • HRcorrective action plan to handle the disciplinary issueseffectively under POSH.

Monitor legal & regulatorychanges:

  • Stay updated onchanges in employment laws regulations and industry bestpractices.
  • Assess the impact of legal andregulatory changes on HR policies and procedures and recommendnecessary updates.

Conduct Compliance Audits &Assessments:

  • Conductregular audits & assessments to evaluate HR Compliance withlaws regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify areas of noncompliance and develop correctiveaction plans to address issues.

Handle ComplianceInvestigations:

  • Investigate complaints or allegations of noncompliancewith HR policies and regulations.
  • Collaboratewith relevant departments to address and resolve complianceissues.

MaintainCompliance records and documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentationrelated to HR compliance activities audits andinvestigations.
  • Prepare reports and summariesfor management and regulatory agencies as required.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration Law or related field.
  • Experience in HR Compliance or related field.
  • Indepth knowledge of employment laws regulations andcompliance requirements
  • Experience withcompliance auditing and investigation processes.
