Sr HR Payroll

Responsibilities:
1.Manage the organizations payroll system including processingpayroll preparing tax documents and resolving any payrollrelatedissues
2. Ensure HR compliance with relevantlaws and regulations (labor law compliances)
3.Monitor changes to payroll and HR compliance laws and regulationsand ensure the organizations policies and procedures are up todate
4. Develop and implement payroll and HRcompliance training programs for employees
5.Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including time andattendance benefits and tax information
6.Coordinate with other departments including finance and HR toensure accurate and timely processing of payroll andcompliancerelated tasks
7. Provide excellentcustomer service to employees by responding to inquiries andresolving issues in a timely and professional manner
8. Prepare and submit regular reports on payroll and HRcompliance activities to management
9. Managethe work of direct reports including performance managementcoaching and development.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree in accounting business HR or a relatedfield
2. 5 years of experience in payroll and HRcompliance including experience managing a team
3. Strong understanding of payroll and HR compliance lawsand regulations
4. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complexinformation to a variety of audiences
5. Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
6.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
7.Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
8. Strong Excel implementation skills
9. Strong work ethic
