Talent Acquisition andRetention:
Oversee therecruitment process ensuring the organization attracts and hirestop talent. Develop and implement effectiveonboarding programs to integrate new employees into the companyculture. Implement strategies for employeeretention career development and succession planning.Meticulous PayrollManagement:
- Oversee allaspects of payroll administration including payroll processing taxcompliance and benefits administration.
- Ensureaccuracy and timeliness in payroll processing adhering to relevantlegal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess and optimize payroll systems andprocedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address and resolve payrollrelated inquiries anddiscrepancies with professionalism and attention todetail.
Strategic EmployeeEngagement Initiatives:
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives designed toenhance workplace satisfaction morale and productivity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement programsincluding recognition schemes wellness initiatives and teambuildingactivities.
- Foster open communication channelsand actively solicit feedback from employees to identify areas forimprovement.
- Proactively address employeeconcerns and promote a culture of inclusivity respect andcollaboration.
Complianceand HR Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor lawsregulations and industry standards mitigating legalrisks.
- Develop and enforce HR policies andprocedures to promote consistency fairness and transparency acrossthe organization.
- Provide guidance and supportto management and employees on HRrelated matters includingdisciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR trends best practices andlegislative changes to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Leadership in PerformanceManagement:
- Driveperformance management processes including goal setting performanceevaluations and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with managers to address performance issuesprovide coaching and support and facilitate performance improvementplans.
- Recognize and reward highperformingemployees fostering a culture of meritocracy and continuousgrowth.
Training andDevelopment:
- Identifytraining needs and develop training programs to enhance employeeskills and competencies.
- Coordinate withtraining providers or develop inhouse training sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives andadjust as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field; Masters degreepreferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressiveexperience in human resource management with a focus on recruitmentpayroll administration and employee engagement.
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic HRmanagement in complex organizational environments.
